Henry sure France will bounce back
France striker Thierry Henry said Friday's 4-1 humbling by the Netherlands was "difficult to accept" but insisted Les Bleus will pick themselves up before Tuesday's vital match against Italy.

Fellow forward Sidney Govou was equally perplexed by the way the evening panned out. "It's difficult to say what went wrong," the Olympique Lyonnais man mused. "We feel really frustrated because we created a lot of chances and could have come back a number of times. They were more efficient than us in front of goals and they also got some breaks at important times. The score leaves us with a real headache, but overall the biggest regret is that we didn't covert more of our chances. We were a bit too indecisive when it mattered."

Raymond Domenech's side can still salvage their campaign with a victory over world champions Italy on Tuesday, providing Romania do not defeat the Dutch on the same night. Henry remains determined to keep fighting until the end, saying: "We have to give everything against Italy to make sure we aren't left with any regrets. We've beaten Italy before and we can do it again. If Romania win [against the Netherlands] then they'll deserve to go through, but we have to beat Italy before worrying about anything else."

Gianluca Zambrotta was a relieved man on Friday night. "But the most beautiful thing is just to win two important matches such as these. It gives you a great feeling."
Starting slot
Prior to the tournament, Kuyt had expressed concerns he would not be in the squad, and then – having been selected – was not expected to feature in the starting XI. However, he began the opening game against the world champions and retained his place to face the French. "I have worked very hard to be at my best for this tournament and I am very happy to have been in the lineup twice," the 27-year-old told euro2008.com. "And when I can play an important role by giving assists and scoring goals, then I'm doubly satisfied."

除了花样百出的促销手段外，记者也了解到，从买房送物业费到买房送车，进入5、6月的北京楼市更是再度掀起一波促销风潮，5月初，焦点房地产网针对楼盘资料库进行了过滤筛选，最后选取了北京的四五十个楼盘，在焦点房地产网信息中心总监老房的带领下组织了一个网友购房团，并现场商谈优惠条件和折扣。
焦点房地产网信息中心总监老房：“最低的是九折的，还有些送物业费的，还有的本身他的楼盘就在打折，我们去了之后，他做折上折，比如说原来一次性付款九六折，我们焦点网的网友去了之后，可能在九六折基础上，还能打一九五折。”
在带领购房团与开发商进行着一折再折的商谈并达成协议之后，老房认为，事实上，这也是开发商的一种无奈的变相降价，事实上，开发商是被动的降价，不是主动的。
对于开发商各式各样的促销手段，房展的组织方武凯也给记者做了分析，从紧的货币政策使得开发商增加楼盘的供应量，很多项目现在开始进入现房的状态，市场上出现了阶段性供过于求的现象。
武凯：“有非常多的现房的资源，他们需要在这个阶段把现房变成资金，就是增加自己企业的这种资金的流动性。”
在北京房展会上，每个人都在关注一个关键词：降价，虽然房地产商没有大张旗鼓的打出降价牌，但北京本地的楼盘在促销上都想出了不少花样。
这次房展会上还有一个从没出现过的新现象，很多外地楼盘蜂拥而至，组成了规模庞大的外籍军团，他们杀向北京市场，能有多少收获呢？
在今年的春季房展会上，记者发现，除了北京本地的参展商之外，还有很大一部分来自北京周边的城市甚至全国各地，这些外地参展商的展览区域、布局和设计规模上，甚至更抢眼于北京本地的项目。
武凯：“北京的项目占到52%，外地的项目占到48%，这也是今年春展的一个特点，我觉得今年的春展反映出北京市场购买力的变化，北京居民的购买力实际上有一个外延的趋势。”
武凯告诉记者，本次外埠成交量达到1721套，远超过北京的1333套，这种情况在近5年之间都是从未出现过的。
记者注意到，参加今年春季房展的有天津的项目，有河北燕郊、廊坊、涿州的项目，而这些项目的价格比北京地区低了50%到80%的水平。
采访中记者了解到，价格因素促使更多购房者选择在北京周边及相近的外埠城市置业，而除了价格优势之外，优越居住环境也是房展会出现外地楼盘唱主角的因素之一。
统计数据显示，北京前4个月期房住宅成交量较去年同期下跌45%，为近年来的历史低点。而今年的“五一”假期3天时间，北京市商品住宅期房网上签约量仅为395套，商品住宅现房网上签约量为15套，远远低于去年同期。
央行本次准备金率上调，房地产开发商最难过
四天的北京房展会，对一直不温不火的北京楼市本应是一个不小的刺激，但是在金融紧缩政策的影响下，还是难得见到往年的火爆场面，不少购房者在火热的促销战略下仍然冷静地观望着。
有人预计，随着央行本次准备金率上调，未来还将冻结4000多亿元资金，这又会对购房人的心理产生什么影响？来听听相关人士的分析。
尽管在今年的春季房展上，开发商参展数量突破近五年之最，促销手段和力度更是超乎以往，但是房子的成交量仍然不尽如人意，记者得到了一组数据，北京市第一个季度，一手房的交易量是一万六千套左右，同比衰减了38%，二手房第一季度交易量是一万八千套左右，同比衰减了接近10%。
我爱我家房地产经济有限公司副总裁胡景晖：“但整体来看，从全国来看，交易量的下滑是一个普遍现象。”
胡景晖告诉记者，虽然从第一季度来看，房产的成交量一直呈下滑趋势，但是各地的表现形式又不太一样，广州、深圳比较严重，北京、上海要好一些，那么下滑的原因是什么呢？
胡景晖：“主要下滑的原因还是因为市场出现了一个观望情绪，包括从去年开始，大家一直在争论拐点论的问题，很多人认为，房价可能要有一个回调的空间。”
而搜狐焦点网的房地产分析师马磊也认为，从房地产交易量下降的角度来看，目前市场的观望状态，应该说是属于比较理性的一个状态。

胡景晖：“一个时间关口就是我们现在这个5月份，5月份的时间关口主要是开发商。”
胡景晖告诉记者，从去年年底开始，一手房的销售就不理想，这种局面持续越长，开发商的资金链就会越紧张，而马磊也认为，在货币政策从紧的压力下，资金链紧张是购房者和开发商都无法逃避的问题。
从春季房展可以看出，不管是高调回归还是打折优惠，都体现了开发商面临的严峻考验，对于开发商和购房者而言，五六月份都是一个关口，而胡景晖坦言，真正的关口还在后面。
胡景晖：“另外一个时间关口就是10月份，因奥运会8月8号开幕，整个奥运会17天，8月24号闭幕，从8月24号到10月初这一个半月的房价就会影响很多购房人的决策。”
事实上，对于北京房地产成交量的下滑，行业龙头企业万科在上月的表现颇具代表性，尽管一季度实现了过百亿元的骄人业绩，但万科在二季度首月的销售却出现下滑，统计显示，万科在4月份实现销售面积48.2万平方米、销售金额43.2亿元，销售面积和销售金额较前一月分别下跌了约三成。

明天地产副总经理陈云峰：“实际上，一旦你这个开发商一个楼盘没有把握住，你资金链出现问题，你没有钱再拿项目时你就被淘汰出局，实际这个是百日巨变最真实的含义。”
记者也了解到，从去年9月27日，央行和银监会发布了《关于加强商业性房地产信贷管理的通知》，对房地产开发贷款、土地储备贷款、住房消费贷款、商业用房购房贷款、房地产信贷征信制度等做了全面规定，九二七新政推出以来，金融系统提高了开发商的贷款门槛，并要求住宅要在封顶之后才能预售，进一步紧缩了房地产开发商的资金链。
采访中陈云峰告诉记者，更多的房地产开发商都一致认为，2007年是地少钱多，2008年是地多钱少，而降低楼盘的利润空间，也不失为目前走出困境的有效做法。
陈云峰：“实际上这个就是我说的，他肯定要降价，他要降多少以什么方式降，是需要考虑的，这种适应市场是应该肯定的，因为你只有实现了销售回款，你的资金链才不会断裂。”
作为房地产企业的龙头，万科率先在深圳、上海等地实行了降价销售策略，从而加速了万科的资金回流，但这一做法受到了众多行业内房地产商的非议。
记者也了解到，第二套房贷新政的出台的目的就是通过收缩个人信贷规模来抑制购房需求，尤其是投资性需求，陈云峰告诉记者，很多房地产投资者在感到风险加大的同时，逐步淡出了市场。
从资金链上看，房地产商的日子今年不好过，从购房者的心理预期上，楼市降价的压力也在不断加大，但是，就在不少人看空楼市的时候，记者也听到了另外一种声音，说房价未来不仅不会降，反而可能会上涨。
北京大学中国经济研究中心教授徐滇庆：“在分析房价和股指的问题一定要看到资金流的走向，没有必要听从那些不负责任的猜测，要相信国家统计局的数字，不要相信开发商话。”
徐滇庆告诉记者，新的从紧货币政策要求房地产商自有资金达到35%才能获得贷款，这一举措是为了银行的安全，银行安全了，老百姓的利益才有保障。
徐滇庆：“全国的房地产开发商平均自有资金只有25%还不到，为了防范国家的金融危机，就必须在短期内要求房地产商达标。”
对于开发商面对货币从紧以来资金链紧张的争议，徐滇庆却认为对于支撑不下去的开发商来说，放弃部分股权或者降低利润，不失为眼下度过难关的明智之举。
徐滇庆：“开发商不要太贪，要顾全大局，要想到中国的金融安全，要补充自有资金，只要出让你的股权就可以了，并不难，就是把你的资本回报率的预期值调低一点，暴利时代已经过去了。”
徐滇庆认为，尽管房地产企业资金紧张，但由于目前国内投资渠道狭窄，19万亿元的银行存款中有50%的短期和活期存款，在负利率驱动下，这些资金很有可能再次流向房地产市场。
徐滇庆：“要知道2007年全国商品房销售总额只有2万7千亿，今年居民收入不比去年低，这2万7千亿依然存在，海外再加一点，银行存款再加一点，如果有3万7千亿，拥进房地产市场，房价很有可能出现，大涨的趋势。”
徐滇庆也认为，虽然目前房地产的成交量低迷，但自住需求依然强劲，政府应该逐步通过增加保障性住房的供给，调整住房供应结构，这样才能使房地产市场在新的供求关系下寻求新的平衡点，逐步向理性回归。
徐滇庆：“2006年全国完成廉租房的投资是47亿，相当于政府总开支3800亿的0.17%，和世界各国的差距是十几倍，我们应该呼吁，按照中央的要求，把10%的土地出让金用于廉租房。”

北京嘉华四季国际会展有限公司总经理武凯：“我觉得宏观调控的作用实际上已经显现出来了，包括准备金率的不断上调，还有利率的上升，在过去两三年的时间，在北京地区房价有一个非常快速的上升，而去年年底开始的越来越强的宏观调控措施的推出，北京房价的上升幅度已经越来越趋于平缓了。”
武凯也告诉记者，北京的房地产价格已经渡过了一个捂盘惜售的阶段，从今年的春季房展会上，开发商推出各种丰富可看的促销手段就可以看出，开发商是为了吸引购房者的眼球达到增加交易的目的，是为了提高成交量。
除了花样百出的促销手段外，记者也了解到，从买房送物业费到买房送车，进入5、6月的北京楼市更是再度掀起一波促销风潮，5月初，焦点房地产网针对楼盘资料库进行了过滤筛选，最后选取了北京的四五十个楼盘，在焦点房地产网信息中心总监老房的带领下组织了一个网友购房团，并现场商谈优惠条件和折扣。
焦点房地产网信息中心总监老房：“最低的是九折的，还有些送物业费的，还有的本身他的楼盘就在打折，我们去了之后，他做折上折，比如说原来一次性付款九六折，我们焦点网的网友去了之后，可能在九六折基础上，还能打一九五折。”
在带领购房团与开发商进行着一折再折的商谈并达成协议之后，老房认为，事实上，这也是开发商的一种无奈的变相降价，事实上，开发商是被动的降价，不是主动的。
对于开发商各式各样的促销手段，房展的组织方武凯也给记者做了分析，从紧的货币政策使得开发商增加楼盘的供应量，很多项目现在开始进入现房的状态，市场上出现了阶段性供过于求的现象。
武凯：“有非常多的现房的资源，他们需要在这个阶段把现房变成资金，就是增加自己企业的这种资金的流动性。”
在北京房展会上，每个人都在关注一个关键词：降价，虽然房地产商没有大张旗鼓的打出降价牌，但北京本地的楼盘在促销上都想出了不少花样。
这次房展会上还有一个从没出现过的新现象，很多外地楼盘蜂拥而至，组成了规模庞大的外籍军团，他们杀向北京市场，能有多少收获呢？
在今年的春季房展会上，记者发现，除了北京本地的参展商之外，还有很大一部分来自北京周边的城市甚至全国各地，这些外地参展商的展览区域、布局和设计规模上，甚至更抢眼于北京本地的项目。
武凯：“北京的项目占到52%，外地的项目占到48%，这也是今年春展的一个特点，我觉得今年的春展反映出北京市场购买力的变化，北京居民的购买力实际上有一个外延的趋势。”
武凯告诉记者，本次外埠成交量达到1721套，远超过北京的1333套，这种情况在近5年之间都是从未出现过的。
记者注意到，参加今年春季房展的有天津的项目，有河北燕郊、廊坊、涿州的项目，而这些项目的价格比北京地区低了50%到80%的水平。
采访中记者了解到，价格因素促使更多购房者选择在北京周边及相近的外埠城市置业，而除了价格优势之外，优越居住环境也是房展会出现外地楼盘唱主角的因素之一。
统计数据显示，北京前4个月期房住宅成交量较去年同期下跌45%，为近年来的历史低点。而今年的“五一”假期3天时间，北京市商品住宅期房网上签约量仅为395套，商品住宅现房网上签约量为15套，远远低于去年同期。
央行本次准备金率上调，房地产开发商最难过
四天的北京房展会，对一直不温不火的北京楼市本应是一个不小的刺激，但是在金融紧缩政策的影响下，还是难得见到往年的火爆场面，不少购房者在火热的促销战略下仍然冷静地观望着。

胡景晖：“主要下滑的原因还是因为市场出现了一个观望情绪，包括从去年开始，大家一直在争论拐点论的问题，很多人认为，房价可能要有一个回调的空间。”
而搜狐焦点网的房地产分析师马磊也认为，从房地产交易量下降的角度来看，目前市场的观望状态，应该说是属于比较理性的一个状态。

胡景晖：“一个时间关口就是我们现在这个5月份，5月份的时间关口主要是开发商。”

明天地产副总经理陈云峰：“实际上，一旦你这个开发商一个楼盘没有把握住，你资金链出现问题，你没有钱再拿项目时你就被淘汰出局，实际这个是百日巨变最真实的含义。”
记者也了解到，从去年9月27日，央行和银监会发布了《关于加强商业性房地产信贷管理的通知》，对房地产开发贷款、土地储备贷款、住房消费贷款、商业用房购房贷款、房地产信贷征信制度等做了全面规定，九二七新政推出以来，金融系统提高了开发商的贷款门槛，并要求住宅要在封顶之后才能预售，进一步紧缩了房地产开发商的资金链。
采访中陈云峰告诉记者，更多的房地产开发商都一致认为，2007年是地少钱多，2008年是地多钱少，而降低楼盘的利润空间，也不失为目前走出困境的有效做法。
陈云峰：“实际上这个就是我说的，他肯定要降价，他要降多少以什么方式降，是需要考虑的，这种适应市场是应该肯定的，因为你只有实现了销售回款，你的资金链才不会断裂。”
作为房地产企业的龙头，万科率先在深圳、上海等地实行了降价销售策略，从而加速了万科的资金回流，但这一做法受到了众多行业内房地产商的非议。
记者也了解到，第二套房贷新政的出台的目的就是通过收缩个人信贷规模来抑制购房需求，尤其是投资性需求，陈云峰告诉记者，很多房地产投资者在感到风险加大的同时，逐步淡出了市场。

徐滇庆告诉记者，新的从紧货币政策要求房地产商自有资金达到35%才能获得贷款，这一举措是为了银行的安全，银行安全了，老百姓的利益才有保障。
徐滇庆：“全国的房地产开发商平均自有资金只有25%还不到，为了防范国家的金融危机，就必须在短期内要求房地产商达标。”
对于开发商面对货币从紧以来资金链紧张的争议，徐滇庆却认为对于支撑不下去的开发商来说，放弃部分股权或者降低利润，不失为眼下度过难关的明智之举。
徐滇庆：“开发商不要太贪，要顾全大局，要想到中国的金融安全，要补充自有资金，只要出让你的股权就可以了，并不难，就是把你的资本回报率的预期值调低一点，暴利时代已经过去了。”
徐滇庆认为，尽管房地产企业资金紧张，但由于目前国内投资渠道狭窄，19万亿元的银行存款中有50%的短期和活期存款，在负利率驱动下，这些资金很有可能再次流向房地产市场。
徐滇庆：“要知道2007年全国商品房销售总额只有2万7千亿，今年居民收入不比去年低，这2万7千亿依然存在，海外再加一点，银行存款再加一点，如果有3万7千亿，拥进房地产市场，房价很有可能出现，大涨的趋势。”
徐滇庆也认为，虽然目前房地产的成交量低迷，但自住需求依然强劲，政府应该逐步通过增加保障性住房的供给，调整住房供应结构，这样才能使房地产市场在新的供求关系下寻求新的平衡点，逐步向理性回归。

从七十分钟开始，我就一直憋着一泡尿，却始终不肯去近在咫尺的厕所，因为我生怕一离开屏幕就会出现后悔错过的镜头，这种场面多久不曾出现了？

2， 再别拿自己当世界冠军当强队，你就一靠防守老迈进攻还特混乱球队。

但，事实却是紧张到爆炸，精彩到爆炸，把现场和电视机前所有球迷的血管和大脑神经抓紧，碾碎，再用硫磺硝石混杂到一起由巴斯滕点燃爆炸的比赛。
